3. The test takers' obligations

During the examination, the test takers are not allowed to use any information source from the examination room or from a remote location.
Any fraud attempt will be followed by the candidate being expelled from the examination room.
4. The obligations of the institution administering the examinations
The Department of Romanian language, culture and civilisation
will inform the test takers on time about the specifications of the exam, the date, hour, location, duration of the examination, the succession of the exam parts and communication of results;
will offer supplementary information about the administration of the examination if the test takers need any such information;
will ensure optimum examination conditions for the written and the spoken components of the examinations.
