INITIAL RESULTS
ADMISSION – FACULTY OF LETTERS UBB – PHASE 2, SEPTEMBER 2024
At the place confirmation, the file is physically submitted at the Faculty of Letters headquarters (Strada Horea, no. 31, Cluj-Napoca), containing the documents uploaded on the platform (all originals; for the birth certificate and ID, a copy must also be provided).
Before the physical submission of the file, the place must also be confirmed on the admission platform.
File submission schedule: September 10, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Place confirmation based on categories
For candidates admitted to budgeted places, confirmation of the place is done both online and in person, at the Faculty of Letters,on September 10, 2024, between 9:00 – 15:00, following these steps:
1. Confirm the budgeted place online, on the registration platform;
2. Upload and submit on the platform the completed and signed enrollment contract, in PDF format (as a single document);
*The enrollment contract will be generated by the platform after completing your personal data.
3. Submit the complete file, with original documents (+2 ID-type photographs), at the faculty headquarters, on September 10, 2024, between 9:00 – 15:00;
4. Check, on the platform, the pedagogical module (if desired);
5. Check, on the platform, the request for dormitory accommodation for the 2024-2025 academic year (if desired).
For candidates admitted to fee-paying places, confirmation of the place is done both online and in person, at the Faculty of Letters,on September 10, 2024, between 9:00 – 15:00, following these steps:
1. Confirm the fee-paying place online, on the registration platform;
2. Pay, on the platform, the first tuition installment: 900 lei;
3. Upload and submit on the platform the completed and signed enrollment contract, in PDF format (as a single document);
*The enrollment contract will be generated by the platform after completing your personal data.
4. Check, on the platform, the option indicating that you wish to be considered for redistribution to a budgeted place;
5. Submit the complete file, with original documents (+2 ID-type photographs), at the faculty headquarters, during: September 10, 2024, between 9:00 – 15:00;
6. Check, on the platform, the pedagogical module (if desired);
7. Check, on the platform, the request for dormitory accommodation for the 2024-2025 academic year (if desired).
