The exam will be held in person.
IMPORTANT!
1. The following documents must be sent to the Commission Secretary: The final version of the thesis and the Declaration of Completion (Annex 2, with the coordinator’s approval).
These two documents must be sent ONLY ELECTRONICALLY to the Secretary of the department’s committee by 12 noon on 20 JUNE 2025.
2. When registering online, the following must be uploaded: the bachelor’s thesis, the coordinator’s approval (Annex 2 – Declaration of completion) and the similarity report.
3. The minimum requirements for writing and editing the bachelor’s thesis can be found in the Regulations for bachelor’s and dissertation exams – ANNEX 3, Minimum requirements for writing and editing the bachelor’s thesis.
4. The application for recognition of one of the bachelor’s degree exams already passed must be submitted to the Secretariat by June 12, 2025 (Exam 1 or 2, passed in a previous session, must not exceed 3 years).
THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE THESIS (together with the coordinator’s approval on the Declaration of Completion) must be submitted to the Secretary of the Committee by June 20, 2025.
Between June 12 and June 25, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., THE REGISTRATION FILE MUST BE SCANNED AND UPLOADED TO THE REGISTRATION PLATFORM.
The application for recognition of the exam must be submitted to the Secretariat by June 12, 2025. (Exam 1/2 passed in a previous session must not exceed 3 years.)
ATTENTION! Students who have not paid their TUITION FEES AND/OR EXAM FEES in full are NOT ELIGIBLE to register for the Bachelor’s Degree Exam.

***The title of the thesis must be written in capital letters, in Romanian.
General regulations for the organization of the 2024 Bachelor’s Degree Examination
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE LICENSE PROGRAM
1. Enrollment form (generated by the enrollment platform);
2. Full license declaration;
3. Similarity report;
4. High school diploma + high school transcript (original);
*For graduates who have been admitted to the competition/studies based on a certificate/attestation of equivalence of studies, a letter of acceptance, a ministerial order, etc., the following are required:
5. Birth certificate (scanned from the original document);
*Foreign students must also submit a copy of their passport and a certified translation of their birth certificate.
6. Two ¾ photographs (identical photographs, on a uniform background, not previously used: no traces of staples, stamps or rusty paper clips) – photographs must be submitted to the secretary responsible for the main specialization (A) during the registration period.
7. Bachelor’s thesis (to be uploaded to the platform in PDF format);
8. Proof of payment of the registration fee (where applicable): 1500 RON;
9. Language proficiency certificate (where applicable).
PLEASE NOTE
1. If you register for the final exam more than 3 years after graduation, a registration fee will be charged;
2. If the final exams are not passed in one of the two previous consecutive sessions (January, June), they can be taken in a later session, with the candidate bearing the relevant fees.
3. Do not upload scans of legalized documents to the platform, only the original documents!
