The Department of Romance Languages and Literatures offers, through its specializations:
• specialized and optional courses in language, literature, and civilization in French, Italian, and Spanish
• curricular (courses) and extracurricular activities (theatrical improvisation, translation workshops) conducted by foreign lecturers who are native speakers of French, Italian, and Spanish
• training internships within cultural and literary-artistic institutions (French Cultural Center, Italian Cultural Center, Institute of Linguistics, Center for International Cooperation, National Theatre, magazine editorial offices, publishing houses, translation agencies, libraries, travel agencies, museums, local radio and television stations, Alpha Center for Modern Languages, Department of Specialized Foreign Languages)
• teaching internships in pre-university education institutions (kindergartens, primary schools, high schools)
• the opportunity to study at partner universities in France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and Belgium through scholarship programs
• intensive language modules (French, Italian, Spanish) for first-year students
• the possibility to study other languages optionally (e.g., Portuguese)
