The candidate’s application file must include the following documents, signed by the candidate (in original):
a) Application form (Annex 1);
b) CV in Europass format;
c) Self-evaluation form for the last 5 academic years (Annex 2.1. for teaching staff and Annex 2.2 for auxiliary teaching staff);
d) Self-declaration that the information refers to the candidate’s own activity at UBB and is truthful (Annex 3);
e) Evaluation form by management for the last 3 years (Qualitas form)
f) Screenshots proving the existence of a personal UBB-affiliated account on Google Scholar, Publons, and Orchid platforms
(Note: Annex 5.1, with the evaluation criteria for each faculty, according to which the self-evaluation form (Annex 2.1) is filled out by candidates and the scores are calculated by the evaluation/appeals committee using the evaluation grid (Annex 6.1))
