To find out the final results (after the confirmation of places) of the admission to the Faculty of Letters UBB, Bachelor level, stage 1, July 2024, select specialization A for which you have opted. For Applied Modern Languages, select the corresponding box.
Confirmation of place, according to categories
For candidates admitted to tuition-free (budgeted) places, confirmation must be completed both online and in person at the Faculty of Letters,on July 26, 27, and 28, 2024, between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, by following the steps below:
1. Confirm the tuition-free place online, through the admissions platform;
2. Upload and submit the completed and signed tuition contract on the platform, in PDF format (a single document);
*The tuition contract will be generated by the platform after entering your personal data.
3. Submit the complete file, including the original documents (+2 ID-type photos), at the faculty headquarters during: July 26, 27, and 28, 2024, between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM;
4. Select the pedagogical module on the platform (if desired);
5. Select the dormitory accommodation request for the 2024–2025 academic year (if desired).
6. If you wish to confirm a tuition-based (fee-paying) spot instead, please complete the form below first, then confirm on the admission platform.
When confirming the place, the application file previously uploaded to the platform must be submitted in person (with all original documents; for the birth certificate and ID card, a copy must also be provided). The contents of the file, as required by the regulations, can be consulted here.
For candidates admitted to tuition-paying places, confirmation must be done
both online and in person, at the Faculty of Letters,
on July 26, 27, and 28, 2024, between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM,
by following these steps:
1. Confirm the tuition-based place online, through the admission platform;
2. Pay the first tuition installment of 900 lei via the platform;
3. Upload and submit the signed and completed study contract via the platform, in PDF format (a single document);
*The study contract will be generated by the platform after entering your personal data.
4. Select the option in the platform indicating that you wish to be considered for redistribution to a state-funded (budgeted) place;
5. Submit the complete file, with original documents (+2 ID-type photos), at the faculty headquarters, during the period: July 26, 27, 28, 2024, between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM;
6. Select the pedagogical module in the platform (if desired);
7. Select accommodation request in the platform for the 2024–2025 academic year (if desired);
8. You may request a state-funded place in another specialization, if places are available (see the Centralizatoare button), by filling in the transfer request form below before confirming in the admission platform (if desired).
On July 29, 2024, between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM:
When confirming your place, the application file uploaded to the platform must also be submitted in person (with all original documents; for the birth certificate and identity card, a copy must also be provided). The required contents of the file, according to the regulations, can be consulted here.
For candidates admitted on the waiting list, place confirmation is done in two stages:
a) On July 26, 27, and 28, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM:
1. You must check, in your platform account, the option indicating that you wish to be considered for redistribution. On the evening of July 28, candidates can find out on the admissions platform whether they have been admitted or not.
Then…
2. If you wish to obtain a place (budgeted or tuition-based) in a different specialization (if available places remain there – consult the Centralizatoare button), you can secure that place by first completing the transfer form below.
b) After completing the steps from point a), the following steps should be followed:
1. Confirm your tuition-based place online on the platform, if your account shows the status of admitted with tuition;
2. Pay the first tuition installment online on the platform: 900 RON;
3. Upload and submit the completed and signed enrollment contract on the platform, in PDF format (as a single document);
*The enrollment contract will be generated by the platform after completing your personal details.
4. Submit the complete application file with original documents (+2 ID photos) to the faculty’s office, on July 29, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM;
5. Check the option on the platform to request accommodation in the dormitory for the 2024-2025 academic year (if desired);
6. Check the option on the platform to enroll in the pedagogical module (if desired).
