Registration: Between July 10 and 16, 2025, via the platform https://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/ (until July 16 at 2:00 PM).

Admission exam: July 17, 2025.

• Written test based on the bibliography provided by the chosen scientific advisor: from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Room L1).
• Oral test (presentation of the research project): starting at 12:30 PM (Dézsi Room).

Preliminary results will be communicated to candidates immediately after the exam. Final results will be published on July 29.

The autumn admission session, for any remaining available places, will take place on September 15, 2025. If no places remain after the summer session, the autumn session will not be organized.

Candidates from other EU countries and from outside the EU benefit from UBB support for the recognition of the documents required for enrollment in Romania. The necessary documents must be submitted no later than June 6 to the General Secretariat of Doctoral Schools at UBB.
