Dear professors, to streamline the registration and file processing, starting from this academic year, registration for the Erasmus program will no longer be done via email, but exclusively through the Google form below.
To complete your form and register, you do not need a Gmail address.
We only accept files in the form of a single PDF, which must include all the required documents. If you have not previously created a single PDF document, we recommend saving all documents as PDFs and using the merge PDF function available on this free platform.
Thank you!
Calendar of the ERASMUS+ teachers selection, February – March 2025 session (Stage III)

Who can participate
All employees who have signed an employment contract with UBB—either permanent or fixed-term—can participate in mobilities, provided their main position is within the faculty organizing the selection, or they are employed in key administrative departments of UBB and teach within that faculty.
Employees with fixed-term contracts can ONLY participate AFTER the employment contract has been signed by both parties, and the mobility (including return to UBB and completion of reimbursements) must take place within the contractual period — for example, if the contract ends on June 30, 2025, the employee must return from mobility and finalize reimbursements by June 29, 2025. Retired teaching staff who have maintained a contractual work relationship with the university are also eligible, as well as associate teaching staff.
What the application file must contain:
– the application form (see attached documents)
– updated CV
– a motivation letter
– a declaration of compliance with contractual obligations (see attached documents)
You can list several options on the application form, up to a maximum of 8, as specified in the document. However:
1 requested mobility = 1 application form.
So, if you are applying to multiple universities or types of mobility, you must submit multiple application files.
The evaluation grid that the selection committee will use to evaluate the applications:
30% – priority for the candidate who has not previously benefited from Erasmus mobility;
20% – motivation in the application form;
20% – results obtained and implemented from previous Erasmus mobilities;
20% – motivation letter supporting the current application;
10% – the possibility that the candidate’s experience will be returned to the faculty and the results will be concretized.
Submission of any appeals, in electronic format, using the form below: by 11.03.2025, 12:00. Thank you!
Who can participate
All employees who have signed an employment contract with UBB, indefinite or fixed-term, with a basic position in the faculty organizing the selection or employees with a basic position in certain administrative departments of UBB who teach in this faculty, may participate in the mobility.
Those with a fixed-term contract can participate ONLY after the CM is signed by both parties, and the mobility (and therefore the return to UBB and the completion of the settlements) must take place during the contract period – e.g. the contract ends on June 30, 2025, the employee returns from mobility and completes the settlements by June 29, 2025. Teachers who have retired but who have maintained a contractual employment relationship with the university; or associate lecturers may also apply.
