She started working with the English Department over 25 years ago, pursuing her interest in literature, specializing in the teaching of poetry. Most of her research followed in the same direction, her doctoral dissertation and her publlications in Romania and abroad (France, Spain, Portugal and Germany) focussing on poetry. Outstanding interests bear on the work of T.S.Eliot and W.B. Yeats. Her latest research focusses on the poetry of the cosmopolite British poets.
