Dear applicants, in order to find the application corresponding to your request, please access the category you fall into by clicking on the blue menu below.

Dear students, starting Monday, October 7, 2024, student certificates will no longer be issued on the spot, but within approximately 3 working days from the date of the request. They must be requested exclusively through the form below. Thank you!

Attention! The certificate will be issued within 3 working days for active students. In the case of graduates, since it is an archive case, the certificate takes at least 5 working days.

Requests by email will no longer be considered.

Due to the busy period in October, certificates can be picked up from the UBB Literature Information Office, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, either personally or through a representative.

CERTIFICATES WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUED FOR:

  • Health Insurance and family doctor, regarding student status for insurance (data is sent institutionally, and doctors can verify it in the health insurance database);
  • Accommodation subsidies (for verifying the eligibility of the file, contact the chief secretary, Mrs. Claudia Botezatu);

FOR STUDENTS

VARIOUS REQUESTS DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR

Please contact, first, the secretary responsible for the main specialization (A) for any of the following reasons:

– extension of studies;

– withdrawal from studies;

– interruption of studies;

– return from interruption of studies;

– re-enrollment in studies.

To have previously obtained marks recognized, you must contact the teacher of the course.

FOR RETIRED GRADUATES

Attention! The application is valid ONLY at the Faculty of Letters, Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca and must be submitted only by graduates of this faculty.

Issuance of Transcripts

All requests for the issuance of diploma supplements (transcripts) require a minimum of 5 working days for processing and can be picked up from the UBB Office of Study Documents, based on an appointment.

This form is intended for tuition fee students who are applying for a tuition fee reduction for the year 2024-2025 (not paying rate 4). Students must be concurrently enrolled in another UBB program of study or be graduates of another UBB faculty.

Required supporting documents, which are uploaded in a single PDF:

– Application;

– Student attestation from the other program of study, issued between September 30 and October 11, 2024, containing the text: “The attestation is issued to be used for the tuition reduction. The student has no outstanding debts with UBB”;

or (only for graduates of another UBB faculty)

– for graduates, a copy of the bachelor’s degree/copy of the diploma/copy of the diploma of a graduate without bachelor’s degree/copy of the diploma of a graduate without bachelor’s degree/copy of the diploma of a bachelor’s degree from another faculty;

– a sworn statement that he/she is not the beneficiary of another similar discount, at the same time, within another UBB degree program.

The refund form is only for students who have paid a fee in error. For this, they must contact the secretary of the main specialization (A).
